Keynote Speaker · Team Workshops · Subconscious Belief Specialist

Raise engagement, retention and performance by changing what your people believe.

Your teams are capable. Unconscious beliefs are limiting how much of that capability reaches your results. I change those beliefs in live group sessions at your offsites, QBRs and leadership retreats.

35–45% Over my 25-year business career, the teams I led outperformed their peers by 35–45%. My programs are built on what made that difference.

Coaching for managers and leadership teams

Why your programs aren't moving the numbers

You've invested in training and engagement. Performance hasn't moved.

The problem

Engagement and performance are stuck

Companies spend on leadership programs, wellbeing apps and training. Yet only 20% of employees worldwide are engaged at work, the lowest level since 2020. The cost is an estimated $10 trillion in lost productivity.

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace, 2026 ↗

The reason

Behavior is driven below awareness

"Ninety-five percent of thinking takes place in our unconscious minds." Most training speaks only to conscious thinking, so people agree in the room and change nothing afterward.

Gerald Zaltman, Harvard Business School

The solution

Change the belief, and the behavior follows

Performance is the clearest indicator of what people believe. Productive beliefs drive high performance. Unproductive beliefs hold it back, no matter how good the training is. I replace the unproductive ones, and performance follows.

What the research says

Leading researchers agree: beliefs drive behavior

"The only thing of real importance that leaders do is to create and manage culture."
Edgar ScheinProfessor Emeritus, MIT Sloan School of Management · Organizational Culture and Leadership
Psychological safety is "a shared belief that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking."
Amy EdmondsonProfessor, Harvard Business School · Administrative Science Quarterly, 1999
"The view you adopt for yourself profoundly affects the way you lead your life."
Carol DweckProfessor of Psychology, Stanford University · Mindset, 2006

The approach

Change the belief, and the behavior follows

Over my 25-year business career, the teams I led outperformed their peers by 35–45%. Leaders kept asking how. I turned the answer into the programs I run for companies today.

What I was doing, without naming it, was working on beliefs. Training teaches people what to do. When a hidden belief tells them it isn't safe, they still don't do it. So I work at the level of the belief, with each person and with the team as a whole.

"My teams consistently outperformed, and leaders kept asking what I was doing differently. The honest answer was that I paid attention to what people believed about themselves, not just to what they were doing."Esther Katz

About Esther

Twenty-five years in business. Fifteen years studying the subconscious.

Esther started her career at Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi, then spent 25 years leading marketing and sales teams for growing companies across the US, Europe and Israel, including as Head of Marketing at Genesis Computing and as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer.

Over her 25-year business career, the teams she led outperformed their peers by 35–45%. When leaders asked how, she realized the answer was in the beliefs her people held about themselves. That led her into 15 years of studying psychology and the subconscious, and formal training in subconscious belief change. Today she has turned that knowledge into programs for companies.

"Real change happens when people stop fighting themselves."

Workplace coaching

Coaching for managers and teams, inside your workplace

An offsite starts the change. Coaching makes it part of how people work every day. I coach managers and teams on site or online, alongside their normal work.

Esther Katz in a private coaching conversation

For new and mid-level managers

Manager coaching

One-on-one or in small groups over 8–12 weeks. Managers work on the beliefs behind how they lead: delegating, giving feedback, handling difficult conversations and leading with confidence.

  • Stronger manager effectiveness scores
  • Faster growth for newly promoted managers

For intact teams

Team coaching

Monthly sessions with the same team after an offsite or a big change. The team turns what they learned into new habits: how they meet, decide, give feedback and support each other.

  • Higher trust and psychological safety
  • Agreements that hold after the event

For executive and leadership teams

Leadership team coaching

Quarterly sessions alongside your QBRs. The leadership team works on alignment, decision-making under pressure and the example they set for the rest of the company.

  • Faster, aligned decisions
  • A leadership culture people want to follow
