Esther combines years of business leadership with formal training in subconscious belief work to support managers and teams.
Career and approach
Business leadership meets belief work
Esther started her career at Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. She went on to lead marketing and sales teams for growing companies across the US, Europe and Israel, including as Head of Marketing at Genesis Computing and as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer.
She describes 25 years in business leadership and 15 years studying psychology and the subconscious. The programs she now brings to companies grew out of the way she worked with the teams she led.
Her focus is on the beliefs that shape daily decisions: whether it feels safe to speak up, delegate, ask for help or try a new way of working.
